Who We Are

Jeff Berninger was born in Cincinnati and raised on a small farm in nearby Indiana, where he learned the value of hard work at a young age. After getting a Business and Systems degree from Xavier University, Jeff started his career in HR support at Procter and Gamble. Desiring to see more of the world, Jeff moved to Guatemala, where he started an IT support business to make ends meet while volunteering. One of his clients, Chiquita Brands contracted him to fill a financial analyst position which served as a launching pad to start a textbook distribution and rental company in Guatemala. There he learned Spanish as well as the local business culture, labor code, accounting and legal practices. Over the next 20 years, Jeff and his team professionalized the company and it became part of a multinational nonprofit organization. 

After many years of living and working both in the USA and internationally, Jeff formed Superior Decision LLC in 2018. This fast growing company helps businesses excel by providing services to optimize their workforce.
